ClearScope helps you define the work room by room, record what happened during a visit and prepare a useful handoff. Start with a regular clean, deep clean or turnover scope, then adapt the rooms, tasks, exclusions and priorities to the property and the service your customer agreed to.

Build the scope around the job

Edit task names, add rooms and enter your own task estimates in minutes. Included tasks form the visit checklist. Unselected tasks remain visible as exclusions in the customer scope, alongside any extra exclusions you write.

Record the visit

Mark included tasks as To do, Done, Blocked or Not applicable. Add observations and follow-up notes. The completion count excludes not-applicable tasks; blocked work remains unresolved. Export a task-level CSV when you need a separate record.

Prepare two different documents

Print a customer scope or a cleaner handoff on A4 or US Letter, or use your browser's Save as PDF option. The customer scope omits staff-only notes and visit observations. The cleaner handoff includes recorded statuses, observations, assigned cleaner and handoff notes. Preview every document before sharing it yourself.

Keep useful scopes for the next visit

Save jobs locally, find them by job, client or property label, and duplicate an existing scope for a new visit. Duplication clears the previous date, statuses and visit observations. Download JSON backups and import them to another workspace; imports add records without replacing current work.

Extract the six-file ZIP, keep the files together and open index.html in desktop Google Chrome on macOS with JavaScript enabled. Information is stored in that browser profile when storage is available. Download backups regularly, particularly before moving the folder or clearing browsing data.

ClearScope is a local workflow companion. It does not include live team syncing, scheduling, automatic messaging, photo verification, CRM functions or integration with the Cleaning Quote Studio. Team licences permit the stated number of users; they do not create shared cloud storage. Task times are entered estimates, and statuses are your records rather than independent verification of service. Review starting scopes against your customer's requirements and your business's safe working methods.

Supports up to 500 jobs, 30 rooms per job and 100 tasks per room. Backup imports must be under 10 MB and fit the workspace limit. Storefront examples use fictional job details. Devices and photographic presentation assets are not included in the download.
