What we collect

• Account and order details: your email address, name if you give it, what you bought, prices paid and order history.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Checkout and download records: when you accept the Terms of Sale, and each time you download a file, we record the date, time, IP address and browser. We use these to deliver your files securely, to prevent fraud, and to respond to payment disputes.
• Support messages you send us.
• Marketing preferences, if you join our email list.
• Basic site analytics: pages viewed and how you arrived, used in aggregate to improve the site.

Why we use it

To fulfil your order (contract); to keep records we are legally required to keep (legal obligation); to prevent fraud, secure downloads and handle disputes (legitimate interests); and to send marketing emails only if you opted in (consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link).

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), our email provider (receipts and messages), our hosting and file storage providers, and banks or card schemes when a payment is disputed. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order, consent and download records: 6 years after the purchase, to meet accounting rules and handle disputes. Marketing data: until you unsubscribe. Support messages: 2 years.
