Refund Policy

All sales are final

Everything sold on Nexora Vault is a digital product: downloadable files you can access the moment your payment is confirmed. Because a download can't be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, for buying the wrong product, or for no longer needing it.

Your right to cancel

Under UK law you would normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once the download is made available to you, provided you asked for immediate access and accepted that you would lose the right to cancel. At checkout you are asked to confirm both, by ticking a box, before you can pay.

When we will put things right

Your statutory rights are not affected. We will fix, replace or refund when:

• You were charged twice for the same order. We refund the duplicate payment in full.
• A file is faulty or not as described: it won't open, it's corrupt, or it's materially different from the product page. Tell us within 30 days of purchase. We will first fix or replace the file. If we can't, we refund the affected product.

To ask, email support@mail.nexoravault.online with your order number and a short description (screenshots help). We reply within 2 working days.

Before you raise a dispute with your bank

Please contact us first. Most problems are fixed the same day. If a payment is disputed, access to the files in that order is suspended while the dispute is open, and we provide the bank with the order record, your acceptance of these terms and the download history.
