These terms apply to every purchase on nexoravault.online and on our brand pages. By placing an order you agree to them, together with the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Nexora Vault is a trading name of Nexora Vault Ltd., a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Address: [postal address]. You can reach us at support@mail.nexoravault.online.
Digital products: downloadable files such as e-books, workbooks, planners, templates, spreadsheets and design assets. Nothing physical is shipped. Each product page describes what the files contain, their format and what you need to open them (for example, a PDF reader or a spreadsheet app).
Prices are shown in USD and include any taxes we are required to charge, unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is taken in full at checkout by our payment provider, Stripe. Your order is accepted, and the contract formed, when your payment is confirmed and we make the download available.
Files are delivered digitally, straight after payment, to your library on our site, and we email you a receipt with a link to it. Download links are personal to you and time-limited for security; you can get fresh links from your library at any time.
Because digital content is supplied immediately, at checkout you must confirm that you want immediate access and that you understand you lose your 14-day right to cancel once access is given. If you don't want to give that confirmation, please don't place the order.
All sales are final, as set out in the Refund Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights: if a product is faulty or not as described, we will fix, replace or refund it as that policy explains.
You buy a licence to use the files, not ownership of them. Each product comes with a licence describing what you may do. Unless that licence says otherwise, the files are for your own use; you may not share, resell, give away or upload them, or use them to train AI models. See Licenses. We may suspend access to files that are shared or resold in breach of the licence.
If something is wrong, please contact us first at support@mail.nexoravault.online; we will work to put it right. If a payment is disputed with your bank, access to the files in that order is suspended while the dispute is open. We may share the order details, your acceptance of these terms and the download history with the bank and our payment provider to respond to the dispute.
Some products are presented by AI-created characters, and this is disclosed on the product. Products offer general information, education and habits. They are not professional, medical, financial, legal or tax advice.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses: the products are sold for personal use unless their licence says otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. The version you agreed to at checkout applies to that order.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live elsewhere in the UK, in the courts of the part of the UK where you live. If you live outside the UK, you also keep any protections the law of your home country gives you.
