Cabinet of Curiosities — Vintage Entomology Set of 4

Four specimen plates in the manner of a Victorian naturalist's collection — a stag beetle, a rhinoceros beetle and a sacred scarab; three swallowtails including the emerald birdwing; the death's-head, privet and elephant hawkmoths; and the luna, atlas and cecropia moths — finely engraved and hand-coloured on warm aged paper, each labelled in copperplate.

Made for studies, libraries, dressing rooms and dark-academia corners; hang them as a two-by-two block or in a row.

Good to know

Original artworks in a vintage natural-history style — not reproductions of historical plates. Species names are real; the faint archive stamps on the hawkmoth plate are decorative and intentionally illegible. Each piece comes in the single ratio listed. This is a digital download — nothing is shipped, and frames are not included.
